Job Overview

• Hiring enthusiastic and focused individuals for the Support Specialist – Voice Process role in Kochi.
• Responsible for handling queries, providing effective solutions, and delivering excellent customer service through voice interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) pass is mandatory.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with any experience can apply.
• Candidates with prior BPO experience, US Insurance domain will have an added advantage.
• Communication: Good verbal communication skills and customer-handling abilities.
• Ability to work night shifts and rotational weekly offs.
• Willingness to work from the office in Kochi.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary up to ₹30,000 per month (In-hand), depending on experience and suitability.
