About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Volunteer role based in Bengaluru. The Volunteer will support the planning and execution of music and media events, experiential marketing initiatives, and community-centric activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating event logistics.
• Assisting with content creation and social media support.
• Engaging with audiences and participants on-site.
• Collaborating with the internal team to ensure smooth operations.
• Basic research and documentation of activities.
• Supporting cross-functional teams in music, media, and communications projects.

Qualifications

• Ability to support event coordination, including scheduling, logistics assistance, and on-ground execution.
• Interest in music, media, and entertainment, with willingness to contribute to creative and experiential projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with teams, partners, and audiences.
• Basic organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with using digital tools (email, messaging, basic office software); familiarity with social media is a plus.
• Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and a collaborative mindset; prior volunteer or internship experience is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and adapt to flexible schedules aligned with events and project needs.
• Educational background in media, communications, marketing, music, or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory.
