About the Role
The Pathfinder Global Initiative is LESSO's flagship program designed to cultivate future international leaders. This program aims to train enterprising young talents, who will upon graduation, be promoted to sales managers in foreign countries, potentially in locations where LESSO has yet to establish a sales office.
Key Responsibilities
- Undergo six weeks of training in China as part of the Pathfinder Global Initiative.
- Upon program completion, return to Texas to serve as a Sales Manager.
- Leverage Group resources to develop local business in Texas.
- Potentially lead LESSO's operations in Texas and manage a local team of 10.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Proficient in Chinese.
- Familiar with a metropolitan area in the US (Texas).
- Eagerness to learn and capable of mastering LESSO products in a short period.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Preferably hold a degree from a university in the Texas area.
- Demonstrate potential to lead LESSO's operations and manage a local team.
