Field Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Support field operations and ensure successful project execution.
• Work closely with Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Project Managers.
• Gain hands-on experience across all phases of construction.
• Assist with layout, surveying, and project documentation.
• Support quality assurance and ensure field compliance with plans and specs.
• Maintain accurate logs, drawings, and daily field documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Help drive schedule adherence and field productivity.
• Learn GC's best-in-class processes with a clear path to higher project engineering and management roles.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience or internships in commercial construction preferred.
• Must be comfortable working in the Field.
• Must be local to Arizona and have worked in AZ Construction.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A desire to grow within a reputable GC known for promoting talent from within.
• Good tenure; value professionals who are committed, reliable, and invested in long-term career development.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent field experience) is a plus.
