About the Role
- Performs a variety of industrial engineering tasks planned to provide experience and familiarization with manufacturing operations staff, Company programs, methods, and practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs operation analysis, variance analysis, and method improvement studies.
- Assists in auditing labor standards for accuracy.
- Assists in the economic evaluation of suggestions and method improvement studies.
- Prepares work flow, layout, sequence, manpower, and other related charts, graphs, and reports.
- Assists in capital expenditure analysis, justification, and forecast.
- Assists in plant and office space planning for efficient and effective utilization.
- Assists in developing LEAN implementation plans and process improvement.

Qualifications
- Applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, Quality Sciences, or a related field.
- OR have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
