About the Role
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a Spa Sales Associate for a Full-Time role with weekend availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to members/guests.
- Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival.
- Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades.
- Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance.
- Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy.
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance.
- Perform various other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office application.
- Familiarity with Zenoti (training provided).
- Understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease while focusing on the guest.
- Available to work an evening shift, 2pm-close.
