About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Embedded Software Engineer to work in our Germantown, MD office. You will be part of a product development team working with extremely talented, motivated people who take pride in knowing our products perform when it counts. You will also be able to see your design and development being manufactured right in our factory.

- Develop new software. Write code that turns advanced radio hardware into intelligent, programmable communication systems.
- Solve real-world technical challenges. Our cross-functional software teams integrate embedded systems, networking, and distributed software.
- Collaborate with engineers. See your code move beyond a screen and become integrated within technology that connects people in environments where communications matter most.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Linux environment on ARM processors
- Bare-metal software systems on micro-controllers
- Heavy use of C/C++, Python
- Integration of emerging AI technologies
- Structured development processes (e.g., Test Driven Development, peer reviews, unit testing, configuration management, defect tracking)
- Agile methodologies and techniques
- Networking skills for designing and optimizing high-performance networked software
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required
- BSEE/BSCE/BSCS or MSEE
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Software development skills to augment high-performing teams
- Strong collaboration skills
- Ability to comply with all Company guidelines, policies, procedures and embrace Company Core Values.
The annualized pay range for this role is $81,181.80 - $103,732.00 USD along with a target incentive compensation plan (ICP) of 5%.
