About the Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, this Full Time Operations Team Lead role focuses on maximizing company sales and profitability through effective stockroom organization and inventory management. This includes shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, E-comm order fulfillment, markdowns, and merchandising to provide an outstanding customer experience. You will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of the store, contributing to optimized inventory management, increased sales and customer satisfaction, while maintaining brand and visual presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain stockroom organization.
• Manage inventory through shipment processing.
• Replenish the sales floor.
• Fulfill E-comm orders.
• Execute markdowns and merchandising.
• Contribute to optimizing inventory management.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• High school diploma.
• 6 months experience as a stockroom associate or in inventory management, preferably in a retail environment.
• Passion for fashion.
• Curious and creative, striving for ways to simplify processes and procedures.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Hands-on teammate, taking a proactive approach to all tasks.
• Passion for organization and details.
• Ability to use technological equipment and software.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per business needs.
