About the Role

Team members are responsible for ensuring guests receive exceptional service. Roles may include Concession Stand or Usher.

Key Responsibilities

• General Duties:
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Handling of emergency situations.
• General cleaning duties.
• Compliance with company dress code.
• Concession Duties:
• Operating POS system, including cash drawer, credit cards, gift cards, and redeemed coupons.
• Managing concession stock inventory.
• Promoting the Regal Crown Club program.
• Operating, preparing, and cleaning concession equipment.
• Up selling/Suggestive selling.
• Complying with all local, state, and federal food safety laws.
• Abiding by all federal and state laws regarding breaks and meal periods.
• Ensuring required alcohol certification and training are current where applicable.
• Meeting legal age requirements for selling/serving alcohol if applicable.
• Reading and understanding training materials on topics such as sexual harassment and discrimination.
• Usher Duties:
• Tearing tickets, collecting stubs, and directing patrons.
• Inspecting backpacks and packages.
• Managing crowd control and assisting guests with seating.
• Enforcement of the MPAA rating system.
• Conducting in-theatre inspections for picture/sound quality, film theft, and safety.
• Reporting problems, discrepancies, or unusual situations to management.
• Performing in-auditorium concession auxiliary sales as directed.
• Cleaning auditoriums, restrooms, lobby, and other areas.
• Monitoring cleanliness and operation of theatre vending equipment.
• Assisting with opening and closing duties.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Education/Experience:
• Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion.
• Completion of legally required state/local training and certification for alcohol sales/service, if applicable.
• Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.
• Skills:
• Public speaking.
• Effective listening.
• Clear and direct communication.
• Math ability: performing calculations with speed and accuracy, identifying and correcting errors.
• Reasoning ability: identifying problems, gathering data, recognizing alternatives, reaching conclusions, taking initiative, performing under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Ability to establish goals, budget time, and set priorities.
