Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with styling, outfit selection, and personalized shopping.
• Possess a good understanding of the collections, fabrics, embroidery, and craftsmanship behind the brand.
• Deliver a warm, thoughtful, and personalized luxury retail experience.
• Help manage sales, billing, customer inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising.
• Build lasting customer relationships and contribute to sales targets.

Requirements

• Fashion retail, luxury sales, or styling experience preferred.
• A keen interest in Indian textiles, craftsmanship, and contemporary fashion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, proactive, and comfortable interacting with discerning clientele.
