About the Role

Tick Your Tour is looking for a creative and experienced Travel Content Creator & Content Planner who is passionate about travel, Tamil storytelling, and social media growth. This role requires understanding travel audiences, identifying trends, planning effective content strategies, and driving measurable social media growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging Tamil travel content, Instagram Reels, scripts, captions, and creative concepts.
• Develop and manage weekly and monthly social media content calendars.
• Plan content strategies to increase reach, views, followers, and audience engagement.
• Research travel trends, destinations, viral content formats, and audience preferences.
• Plan, schedule, publish, and manage social media content consistently.
• Track content performance and optimize strategies based on analytics.
• Develop creative campaigns and promotional content in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Identify new opportunities to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Mandatory: Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry.
• Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and content planning.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, trends, storytelling, and growth strategies.
• Excellent Tamil content writing and scriptwriting skills.
• Ability to develop content strategies for ongoing and upcoming travel campaigns.
• Familiarity with social media analytics, AI tools, and content creation tools.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
