About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Execution Engineer. The role involves managing on-site construction activities, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring quality standards are maintained. It also includes supervising labor and subcontractors, monitoring project progress, ensuring adherence to design specifications, and proactively resolving any issues that arise on-site.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Construction Management.
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering fundamentals.
- Proficiency in interpretation of technical drawings.
- Experience in Site Supervision.
- Experience in Material Management.
- Experience in Execution of construction projects.
- Strong understanding of Project Management principles.
- Strong understanding of scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of Quality Control procedures.
- Knowledge of Safety Compliance procedures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proficiency in project scheduling software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent team coordination skills.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and team members.
- Experience in managing infrastructure or real estate projects is a plus.
