Key Responsibilities

• Work towards monthly and daily targets.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOP at the store.
• Ensure adherence to store etiquette and store timing.
• Assist the store manager in stock management.
• Complete all trainings within the defined timeline.
• Invite customers to the outlet (Customer Approaching).
• Introduce customers to the concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrate and present products.
• Support customers in identifying the right perfume.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Perform stock audits.
• Complete DSR and daily checklists.
• Place stock requests to HO.
• Validate and receive stock.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating to the relevant department if required.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent work ethic.
• Time management skills.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates.
• 2 years of experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
