Field Sales Executive

About the Role

• This is a 100% field sales role.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit merchants and identify potential business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Onboard merchants and build strong merchant relationships.
• Deploy and activate merchant card-swiping/POS machines at merchant outlets.
• Explain Paytm's products and services to merchants.
• Achieve assigned sales and deployment targets.
• Conduct regular field visits and maintain daily activity/reporting through the required mobile application.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Android smartphone is mandatory.
• Valid Driving Licence is required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a field-sales environment and travel within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Candidates with sales experience are preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and a willingness to work in field sales can also apply.
