About the Role

Khushbu Auto Finance Limited (KAFL) is seeking a full-time, on-site Collection Executive (Hard Bucket) based in Bhubaneswar. The role focuses on managing collections from accounts in the hard bucket category.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage collections from accounts in the hard bucket category.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers through field visits and phone calls to ensure timely recovery of overdue payments.
• Negotiate and arrange payment plans.
• Update collection records.
• Report daily and weekly collection status to the branch and regional teams.
• Coordinate with legal and recovery teams for escalated cases.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain professional conduct with customers.
• Perform consistent field work.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve collection targets.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Field work in Bhubaneswar, including extensive field travel.
• Familiarity with local geography.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, digital collection tools).
• Knowledge of local language is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Strong collection and recovery skills, including negotiation, persuasion, and customer follow-up.
• Communication and interpersonal interaction skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and respectfully.
• Basic financial and analytical skills to understand loan accounts, overdue aging, and recovery targets.
• Planning and time management skills to organize field visits, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines.
• Relevant experience in hard bucket collections or recovery in NBFCs, banks, or financial services is required.
• Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or graduate degree.
• A background in finance, commerce, or business is an advantage.
