About the Role
Victor is seeking a Product Analyst to support the growth and evolution of Digital IQ, ProWriters’ proprietary specialty insurance platform. This hybrid role requires working at least three days a week in the office in Malvern, PA. The position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional interested in product management, working at the intersection of product, strategy, operations, and technology within a fast-paced, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support carrier integrations and other third-party API integrations in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Assist in defining product requirements and writing functional documentation.
- Monitor feature adoption and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct user research, usage analysis, and competitive research to inform product decisions.
- Perform QA testing, track bugs, and help triage production issues.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or a closely related field, OR at least 1 year of experience in a product, business analysis, or similar role.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with technology and working with data.
- Highly proficient in Excel.
