Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities, with experience guiding large, complex organizations.
• Deep understanding of automotive or manufacturing industries, including operations, supply chain, and product development.
• Financial acumen, including proficiency in interpreting financial statements, managing budgets, and evaluating investments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to engage with internal teams, partners, and regulatory authorities.
• Proven track record in driving business growth, market expansion, and long-term value creation.
• Commitment to sustainability, safety, and compliance, with experience in implementing governance and risk-management frameworks.
• Ability to foster an inclusive, ethical, and performance-driven culture, supporting innovation and talent development.
• Advanced degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with substantial executive-level experience.
