About the Role
Cyber Success – Leaders in Technology Training – is a leading IT training institute located in Deccan, Pune. The Information Technology and Services Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide prospective and current students on suitable IT training programs.
- Explain course offerings.
- Help students understand career paths in software development, testing, and related domains.
- Meet walk-in candidates.
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate student records.
- Coordinate with trainers to align counselling with program content and schedules.
- Provide basic technical guidance.
- Support students with troubleshooting common IT-related queries.
- Ensure a positive learner experience.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Skills in Information Technology and Troubleshooting.
- Skills in Network Administration and Network Security.
- Strong Customer Service skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to collaborate with trainers and administrative staff.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in academic counselling, training institutes, or IT services is preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is beneficial.
- Relevant certifications in networking or IT support are an added advantage.
