Job Description

Northrop Grumman is looking for a Manufacturing Analyst/Admin to support the Tooling Organization department. This position will be on-site at El Segundo.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment.
• Performs activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering.
• Facilitates self-directed work teams, provides training in core skill areas, and interacts with internal and external customers regarding product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.
• Manages and schedules meetings.
• Organizes presentations.
• Gathers data for leadership consumption.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (sorting, filtering, pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, basic formulas).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Basic data analysis and reporting experience.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Relevant administrative/scheduling experience.
• Experience in a team environment providing support to a diverse customer base with a demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Experience managing competing demands while still meeting critical deadlines.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook with calendar functionality.
• Ability to adapt to shifting business priorities and step forward for projects.
• Skilled with high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience supporting manufacturing in an aerospace or industrial field.
• Experience with ERP/MRO systems such as SAP or MES.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau dashboards and reporting.
