General Labor & Maintenance Team Member

About the Role

ALL Crane Service, LLC is seeking an entry-level General Labor & Maintenance Team Member to maintain buildings. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits and is eligible for a $100 sign-on bonus after 100 days of continuous employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance and clean-up of buildings
• Cleaning and/or pressure washing of vehicles and equipment
• Provide physical labor and assist other workers as directed
• Operate hand and power tools and a variety of other equipment
• Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations
• Painting, mowing the yard, shoveling snow, and operating a snow blower
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to work 40 hours a week and overtime as needed
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery
• Ability to work in conditions with marked changes in temperature and humidity
• Ability to safely operate complex construction equipment
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Withstand exposure to dust, fumes, and gases
• Able to work in changing weather conditions
