About the Role
Ascensional Infotech is hiring for a Transcriber role in Thane, Mumbai. This is a Work from Office position requiring you to work Night Shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Transcribe audio files into written text using the company's online portal.
- Maintain accuracy and quality while completing assigned audio files.
- Meet monthly productivity targets and follow process guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of assigned audio files and information.
- Work towards improving typing speed and transcription accuracy.
- Complete assigned tasks within the given timelines.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Typing speed of 40-50 WPM.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good attention to detail and typing accuracy.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Minimum age: 18 years.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: HSC passed.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Salary & Incentives
- Freshers: 15,000 in-hand per month.
- Experienced candidates: Salary up to 30,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
- Performance-based incentives are available after achieving the applicable monthly productivity target.
- Additional incentives are provided for work completed above the monthly target.
- Salary revision after training/probation depends on individual performance.
- Incentives & Bonus as per the performance.
Working Details
- Location: Thane, Mumbai.
- Work mode: Work from Office.
- Shift: Night Shift.
- Weekly off: Sunday and alternate Saturday as per roster.
- Overtime: Subject to availability.
