Key Responsibilities
- Data Governance and Data analytics
- Handling critical reports for Senior Leadership Team
- Performing data analysis, identifying issues/problem areas, and providing recommendations to Leadership
- Providing reports for Leadership calls
- Success Factor Data Governance
- Creating demand reports
- Monitoring end-to-end fulfillment, including demand-supply matching, allocation, tracking, and monitoring progress of fulfillment opened with sourcing channels
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong Interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
- Competent in using MS-Excel & Powerpoint
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization
- Ability to follow prescribed processes and take initiative to solve problems creatively
- Ability to identify and drive process improvements
- Experience with resource/workforce management and recruiting processes and tools
- Experience in the IT industry
