About the Role

The Member role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. In this role, the team member collaborates with project stakeholders to support virtual design, project controls, software, or accounting activities depending on the assigned business unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and review of project documentation.
• Support data collection and analysis.
• Contribute to process optimization.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Follow established workflows, use relevant tools and technologies.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with technology-driven processes, including basic proficiency with common software tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, and collaboration platforms).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support project planning, monitoring, and data-driven decision-making.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing documentation, records, and project-related information.
• Relevant educational background in engineering, construction management, information technology, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Willingness to learn new tools, methodologies, and industry best practices in construction technology and project controls.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune Division and commit to full-time working hours.
