About the Role

Digital Lok Studio is seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and motivated Social Media Cum Content Creator Intern to help create engaging content, manage social media platforms, and contribute to the growth of the company and its clients' brands.

Job Type: Internship

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Internship Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: 3000/- + performance bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Develop creative ideas for reels, posts, stories, carousels, and short-form videos.
• Write captions, hooks, scripts, and engaging social media copy.
• Assist in planning and executing monthly social media content calendars.
• Research trending topics, audio, hashtags, and viral content formats.
• Assist in shooting videos, creating reels, and coordinating content production.
• Collaborate with the video editing and graphic design teams.
• Use AI tools to generate creative content, visuals, and video concepts.
• Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and audience growth.
• Conduct competitor research and identify new content opportunities.
• Support social media marketing campaigns for the company and its clients.
• Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings.
• Prepare basic performance reports and suggest improvements based on analytics.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good communication and writing skills.
• Creativity and a strong understanding of social media trends.
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Understanding of reels, hooks, storytelling, and audience engagement.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools.
• Interest in AI tools and digital marketing.
• Ability to research, plan, and execute content ideas.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a team.
• Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• A creative mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Freshers and students with a genuine interest in social media and content creation can apply.
• Candidates with prior experience in content creation or social media management will be preferred.
• Candidates who have their own Instagram page, YouTube channel, or content portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Applicants should be willing to work from the office in Bhopal.
• Candidates must be available for the complete internship duration.
