• Support end-to-end email marketing activities for lead generation and client engagement in international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, draft, and send professional email campaigns using provided formats and tools.
• Maintain and manage email lists and databases.
• Perform basic email research and data entry tasks.
• Monitor email delivery, open rates, and responses.
• Respond to basic email replies under guidance.
• Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to draft and improve email content.
• Follow email marketing best practices to avoid spam and ensure deliverability.
• Maintain daily activity reports and email performance tracking.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of computers and internet usage.
• Understanding of how to send and manage emails using Gmail/Outlook.
• Basic knowledge of ChatGPT and AI tools for content drafting.
• Familiarity with basic computer shortcuts (copy, paste, search, formatting, etc.).
• Good written communication skills (basic English).
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
