About the Role
The Site Incharge role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations.
- Plan work schedules.
- Coordinate manpower and materials.
- Ensure construction activities follow project drawings, specifications, and safety norms.
- Supervise subcontractors and site staff.
- Monitor progress against timelines.
- Resolve on-site issues.
- Maintain accurate records such as daily reports, material usage, and work completion status.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and vendors.
- Support compliance with relevant regulatory and safety requirements.

Qualifications
- Experience supervising construction sites or infrastructure projects.
- Ability to coordinate activities, manpower, and materials effectively.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, technical specifications, and basic quality and safety standards.
- Proficiency in maintaining site documentation, including daily work reports, material tracking, and progress updates.
- Capability to communicate clearly with project teams, clients, vendors, and site workers, and to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in construction or infrastructure projects in an on-site supervisory capacity will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Hyderabad and adapt to changing project needs and timelines.
