Junior Associate Consultant (NRIIT, Guntur)

About the Role

MTX Group Inc. (MTX) is hiring for the position of Junior Associate Consultant as part of our Early Career Program. This program is designed for highly motivated individuals to start their career in consulting in the SaaS ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and collaborate with the team throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment.
• Assist in configuration changes, development, and customizations across Salesforce, Microsoft, and AWS platforms.
• Support in preparing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Contribute to the development of minor modules, integrations, or enhancements.
• Participate in developing and configuring cloud-based CRM, business applications, and other enterprise solutions using Salesforce, Microsoft, or AWS technologies.
• Participate in code reviews and testing efforts to ensure quality and functionality.
• Help identify, reproduce, and document bugs or issues during testing, and assist in troubleshooting.
• Support the team in ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and maintainable.
• Assist in ensuring deliverables meet quality standards by participating in code reviews and testing.
• Assist in debugging and resolving defects found during testing phases.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices across Salesforce, Microsoft, AWS, and cloud computing.
• Continuously improve technical skills, development processes, and procedures through training and self-learning.
• Work toward obtaining and maintaining relevant technical certifications across Salesforce, Microsoft, or AWS.
• Be willing to travel for key project milestones, as required.
• Maintain utilization goals.

Qualifications & Tech Stack

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A strong foundational understanding of software development principles and programming languages such as C, C++, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Programming (OOP/OOD) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of databases, SQL, and relational database concepts; familiarity with Oracle or other database technologies is an added advantage.
• Basic familiarity with cloud platforms and technologies such as Salesforce, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Basic understanding of relevant development technologies, tools, or services, such as Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows; C#, .NET, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure services; or AWS services, APIs, and cloud application development.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new cloud platforms, services, technologies, and project requirements.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to project discussions.
• A proactive mindset with a keen interest in gaining real-world experience on enterprise-grade cloud and digital transformation solutions.
• Academic coursework or personal projects related to cloud computing, enterprise applications, software development, or digital transformation will be a plus.
• Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, agile, and learning-oriented environment.
