Field Relationship Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Field Relationship Manager for our residential rental sales team. The candidate will handle customer leads, understand their rental requirements, show suitable properties, and convert leads into rental bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with leads provided by the company.
• Understand customer requirements such as budget, location, and type of property.
• Suggest suitable rental properties to customers.
• Arrange and accompany customers for property visits.
• Explain property details, rent, deposit, and other terms.
• Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into rental deals.
• Negotiate with customers and help close deals.
• Coordinate with landlords, customers, and internal teams.
• Help customers with the rental process and documentation.
• Maintain daily updates on calls, visits, follow-ups, and closures.
• Achieve monthly sales and rental targets.

Requirements

• Freshers also welcome.
• Experience in field sales, real estate, or rental sales is preferred.
• Good communication skills in Local Language, Hindi, and English.
• Kannada will be an added advantage.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Should be comfortable travelling around Bengaluru for property visits.
• Should be energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
