About the Role

The Food & Beverage (F&B) Department Intern will support daily restaurant, bar, and banquet operations in a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with guest seating.
• Take orders.
• Serve food and beverages.
• Clear tables.
• Ensure service areas remain clean and organized.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to deliver timely and accurate orders.
• Help set up and break down events or buffets.
• Follow hotel standards for hygiene, safety, and guest service.
• Learn hotel F&B procedures.
• Handle basic billing or check processes under supervision.
• Respond to guest requests in a courteous and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in hospitality and Food & Beverage operations, with a willingness to learn and take guidance from senior team members.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain professional grooming and behavior, follow service standards, and deliver courteous guest service.
• Basic understanding of restaurant or hotel service processes, including order taking, table setting, and handling guest requests.
• Capability to stand for extended periods, carry light trays, and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a hospitality, hotel management, or related program is preferred.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude toward teamwork and continuous improvement.
