About the Role

BRANDI Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaft mbB is seeking a Rechtsanwalt (m/w/d) for their Hannover office to strengthen the areas of Gesellschaftsrecht und Transaktionsgeschäft (M&A). This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Contract drafting, advising, and negotiation in corporate law relevant to businesses.
• Support in contentious shareholder disputes.
• Independent participation in transaction teams for company acquisitions and disposals, as well as investments in young companies (Start-Ups).
• Independent advising of medium-sized companies.

Requirements & Tech Stack

Qualifications

• Ideally 2 to 3 or more years of professional experience.
