About the Role

BRANDI Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaft mbB is seeking a Rechtsanwältin / Rechtsanwalt (m/w/d) for their office in Gütersloh, in full-time, to strengthen the area of Gesellschaftsrecht und Steuerrecht.

Key Responsibilities

• Contract drafting, advising, and negotiation in Gesellschaftsrecht and related Steuerrecht.
• Accompanying tax audits.
• Accompanying objection and tax court proceedings.
• Support in company transactions (acquisitions and sales) and investments in start-ups.
• Independent advising of medium-sized companies.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Interest in the entrepreneurial concerns of a predominantly medium-sized client base.
• Above-average legal knowledge and willingness to work in and further educate oneself in the specific area, particularly in Steuerrecht.
• Entrepreneurial thinking.
• Enthusiasm and collegiality.

Qualifications

• Suitable expertise or status as a Berufsanfänger (entry-level professional) willing to learn the area.
