About the Role

Brandmizer is a 360 marketing agency in Bhopal. This is a full-time, work-from-office position.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan content strategy and monthly calendars for client brands
• Develop and execute campaigns, trend content, and launches
• Manage clients, including meetings, approvals, reports, and payment collection
• Shoot reels, stories, and behind-the-scenes content on mobile at client locations
• Brief and coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and photographers
• Schedule, post, and manage engagement across platforms
• Report daily to the founder and ensure all work remains on track

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to shoot good-quality reels on a phone
• Confident communication in Hindi and English with business owners
• Professional conduct, ability to take feedback, and deliver under pressure
• Willingness to travel locally for meetings and shoots (own vehicle preferred)

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of social media or agency experience (freshers with a strong portfolio can apply)
• A creative mind and a steady flow of fresh ideas
