About the Role
Digital Account Opening associates work on opening new account requests for different types of personal accounts (Checking, Savings, Check card, ATM cards, CDs), primarily received from online banking. Critical steps involved in the role include verification, booking, services, and funding of new consumer deposit accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that targets assigned in accordance with the SLAs are met.
- Ensure that the quality of account opening is in compliance with predefined parameters.
- Identify potential areas for process improvements and highlight them to the Team Leader/Area Manager.
- Be a part of the end-to-end process and work in any queue as and when required.
- Ensure timely replies (via e-mail) on any Line of Business (LOB)/Subject Matter Expert (SME) requests.
- Ensure timely escalation in case of any discrepancy in reports or transactions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- University degree.
- 0-2 years’ experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a night shift.
- Understanding and working knowledge of Account opening procedures in US.
Work Timings: 03:30 AM – 12:30 PM (Monday to Sunday coverage), 2 Week Offs (Rotational)
