About the Role
The Sen Area Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing cleanliness and waste management activities within an assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily operations.
- Coordinate with ground staff, municipal authorities, and community representatives.
- Monitor implementation of initiatives.
- Track performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on area activities and outcomes.
- Conduct on-site inspections.
- Resolve operational issues.
- Support awareness drives or community meetings.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Organizational and coordination skills
- Clear communication (verbal and written) with staff, community members, and local authorities
- Field operations, facility management, urban services, or community development experience preferred
- On-site supervision capacity (inspections, monitoring compliance, addressing issues)
- Basic proficiency in digital tools for reporting, documentation, and data tracking (e.g., spreadsheets, mobile apps)
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
- Commitment to cleanliness, public health, and sustainable practices
- Willingness to work primarily in the field
Qualifications
- Educational background in management, social work, environmental studies, or a related field is an advantage.
