Job Description

• Job Title: Architectural Intern

• Reporting to: Principal Architect
• Note: Exclusively for architecture students/graduates within Mumbai or nearby locations.

Position Summary

As an Architectural Intern, you will learn the approach towards work while assisting the Principal Architect on various projects. This role involves hybrid work, with online drawing and documentation, and site meetings (2-3 days a week) for design charrettes, client, and consultant coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Principal Architect on various projects.
• Create drawings and documentation online.
• Participate in full-day site meetings (2-3 days a week) for design charrettes, client, and consultant coordination.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Required Software Skills: REVIT, AutoCad, Enscape, Lumion, Photoshop.
• Other Skills: Strong will to learn, Attention to detail, Inclination to coordinate architecture with structural design and MEPF services, Eagerness to research statutory regulations and trends.
• Good to Have Skills: Power Point, Excel, Canva.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Universities in India (Candidates residing in Mumbai/ Thane preferred).
• Strong architectural software skills and knowledge.
• Strong will to learn.
• Attention to detail and inclination to coordinate architecture with structural design and MEPF services.
• Eager to research statutory regulations and trends in the industry.

Laptop required for all interview rounds.

Interview Rounds: Technical Discussion, Techno-Functional Discussion, HR Discussion.
