About the Role
As a UX Designer at Epic, you will be the lead experience and visual designer for several development teams, setting the direction for joyful design. This position requires relocation to Madison, WI, and financial relocation assistance is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with end-users to establish an understanding of their unique needs.
- Research user workflows.
- Observe applications being used contextually.
- Work alongside developers to design intuitive, beautiful applications with sound information architecture.
- Demonstrate ideas with sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Portfolio demonstrating strong user experience and visual design skills.
- Education or experience in user-centered design techniques.
- Bachelor's degree or greater.
- Willingness to relocate to the Madison, WI, area (reimbursed).
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- COVID-19 vaccination.
