Skanska is seeking a dynamic Field Engineer I to start a career in heavy civil construction. This role offers the opportunity to gain responsibility and decision-making authority.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake a variety of construction disciplines, including Safety, Estimating, Project Management, and Operations.
• Manage actively and independently those who perform manual labor, without performing manual labor yourself.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Requires broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree – Construction or Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
• Background Check Required.
