Management Trainee

About the Role

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. The position is located near Cranberry Township, PA 16066.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one, starting at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and as an operational expert.
• Master knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
• Engage with the community to establish relationships essential for building business.
• Excel in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Understand the importance of putting customers first.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Minimum of six months of experience in customer service, leadership, or sales.
• Examples include: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, hospitality industry, military, athletics/team activities, community, social, or academic organizations.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years (e.g., DUI/DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States, without requiring work authorization sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
