Functional Consultant

About the Role

The Functional Consultant role at 3S Logics Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The consultant will work closely with clients to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops and meetings with clients.
• Document current and future-state business processes.
• Recommend process improvements aligned with client goals.
• Support solution design.
• Participate in testing and validation of functionalities.
• Assist with user training and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements, interpret data, and identify process improvements.
• Effective communication and consulting skills to interact with stakeholders, gather requirements, and present recommendations clearly.
• Understanding of business processes and workflows, with the ability to map and document them.
• Knowledge of finance-related processes and concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience working in a client-facing or functional consulting role, preferably in IT or business transformation projects.
• Proficiency in standard office and collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with project management or ERP/CRM systems is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to contribute effectively as part of a cross-functional team.

Relevant certifications in consulting or business analysis are an advantage.
