About the Role
The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day activities on construction sites, ensuring work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Navi Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors.
- Monitor project progress.
- Conduct site inspections.
- Support quality control processes.
- Maintain documentation.
- Prepare basic reports.
- Communicate issues or risks to project managers and other stakeholders.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong on-site supervision skills and experience working directly on construction projects.
- Clear communication skills for coordinating with teams, contractors, and clients.
- Quality control skills, including inspection, documentation, and adherence to standards.
- Structural engineering knowledge relevant to civil and building projects.
- Civil engineering fundamentals and comfort reading drawings and technical documents.
- Working knowledge of basic construction tools, materials, and site safety practices.
- Ability to travel to and work regularly at project sites in and around Navi Mumbai.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team-focused environment.
