Supply Chain & Logistics Operations Internship
Key Responsibilities
- Ticket Support:
- Handle seller queries and support tickets through the internal ticketing system.
- Track, categorize, and resolve tickets within the defined TAT.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Data Handling (Excel):
- Maintain and update operational data and reports in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ensure data accuracy, proper documentation, and regular tracking of records.
- Perform basic data entry, filtering, sorting, and spreadsheet management.
- Customer Support:
- Provide support to sellers through calls and emails regarding their queries and concerns.
- Assist in resolving issues related to shipments, orders, and other operational activities.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain clear, professional communication with sellers.
