Key Responsibilities

• Assist in business processes, project coordination, and day-to-day operations.
• Support project planning, task tracking, and timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks.
• Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and update project records.
• Assist in identifying process improvements and operational challenges.
• Participate in meetings, discussions, and project-related activities.
• Learn and apply professional, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Support other business and project activities as required.
• Under the guidance of senior team members, learn standard project management practices and contribute to smooth project execution.

Role Requirements

• The Project Assistant Trainee will support project teams with coordination, documentation, and day-to-day administrative activities.
• This full-time, Hybrid /on-site role in Bengaluru involves assisting with project planning, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining records, and tracking milestones and deliverables.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Candidates should possess attention to detail and basic analytical skills to review information, maintain accurate records, and support reporting.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and show willingness to learn from guidance and feedback.

Compensation & Growth

• Initial Period: First 2–3 months with performance-based evaluation and compensation terms to be communicated during hiring.
