Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities, coordinate with schools and vendors, support the execution of career guidance programs, and ensure the smooth functioning of school-based operations across Chennai. The ideal candidate should have good communication and coordination skills, be comfortable with fieldwork, and be willing to travel to schools and vendor locations for operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
- Ensure the timely execution of assigned operational tasks and projects.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Visit schools across Chennai as required for operational activities.
- Coordinate with school authorities regarding the setup and execution of Career X Space and other career guidance initiatives.
- Ensure that school-based operational requirements are completed within the stipulated timelines.
- Monitor on-ground activities and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Identify and coordinate with vendors for procurement of materials and operational requirements.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and assist in procurement decisions.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods/services.

Salary: ₹2.16 LPA – ₹2.4 LPA
