About the Role

Enigma Automobiles is seeking a Finance & Accounts professional to manage day-to-day accounting and commercial operations.

Location: Chunabhatti, Bhopal

Key Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting
• GST invoice and E-way Bill generation
• Proforma Invoice generation
• Sales order processing and order tracking
• Dispatch documentation and coordination
• Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Ledger and bank reconciliation
• GST data preparation and reconciliation
• Customer/dealer outstanding tracking
• MIS and finance reporting
• End-to-end commercial and accounting activities

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong accounting fundamentals
• Good knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel
• Understanding of GST and E-way Bills
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter / Cost Accountant
• Freshers with relevant internships are welcome to apply.
• CA Inter/CMA Inter candidates and applicants with relevant Finance or Accounting internships are encouraged to apply.
