About the Role
DANA TM4 India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic and hardworking freshers for its manufacturing team. This is a Trainee / Apprenticeship position focused on practical training in production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily production and manufacturing activities.
- Operate or assist with machines and production equipment after training.
- Follow company quality standards and work instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at the workplace.
- Inspect components and report quality issues to the supervisor.
- Follow production targets and instructions from the team leader.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and proper workplace practices.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic technical and mechanical understanding.
- Good learning ability and teamwork.
- Punctuality and discipline.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Commitment to safety and quality.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Qualifications
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in relevant technical streams.
- Experience: Freshers.
- Age Limit: As per company policy and applicable apprenticeship rules.
- Gender: As per the actual job requirement.
