About the Role

We are hiring for an Operations AI Data Collection & Annotation role within our AI Data Services vertical. This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role combining:

• Operations management
• Client coordination
• AI data collection & annotation delivery
• Process improvement & light automation
• Sourcing, onboarding, and driving execution through freelancers

You will work closely with founders and senior leadership to manage end-to-end AI data projects for global clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, structured execution, and solving real operational challenges at scale.

This is NOT a software development role. You will NOT be building ML models or writing production code. This is a non-technical operations and client delivery role with exposure to data systems and workflow automation. Strong logical thinking and structured problem-solving are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

PROJECT OPERATIONS & DELIVERY

• Break down client requirements into clear, structured execution plans
• Source, onboard, and manage freelancers, annotators, and QC teams
• Track daily submissions, quality metrics, rework, and approvals
• Ensure timelines and quality benchmarks are consistently met
• Maintain clean documentation, file structures, and reporting systems

CLIENT HANDLING

• Act as the coordination bridge between clients and execution teams
• Provide structured updates, reports, and progress summaries
• Translate client requirements into operational workflows
• Manage feedback cycles and escalations professionally

DATA COLLECTION & ANNOTATION MANAGEMENT

• Oversee large-scale AI data collection and annotation projects
• Ensure strict guideline adherence across teams
• Monitor throughput, accuracy, and productivity metrics
• Continuously improve execution speed and quality standards

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT & AUTOMATION

• Build structured trackers in Google Sheets
• Create forms and dashboards for reporting
• Identify repetitive manual tasks and streamline them
• Use basic automation tools (Apps Script / no-code tools) to improve efficiency

No hardcore coding required — but comfort with data, logic, and systems thinking is essential.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• IIT / NIT / IIIT / BITS (Tier-1 Institutions) pedigree preferred
• Experience: 0-2 Years
• Industry: AI Data Services / Operations / Client Delivery
• Location: Gurgaon
• Work Structure: 5 Days Work From Office + 1 Day Work From Home
• Standard 8–10 hour workday
• Occasional international time overlap (US/Europe) may be required
• Not a fixed night-shift role
