Reviewer

About the Role

Reviewers are responsible for assessing and processing different levels of sessions (Review +, Record +) from Meazure Learning to our clients (Universities & Institutions). The Reviewer will monitor recorded sessions from Record + & Review + to assess conformity to the guidelines and instructions mentioned by Instructors and Professors from the Universities (Clients). You will notify the Site Manager and clients on observations made within the given timeframe of the Service Level Agreement.

Key Responsibilities

• Review different levels of sessions (Review + and Record +) and process them to the Universities accordingly from the Review Queue.
• Review Incident Reports raised by proctors from Live + sessions and process them to universities & institutions accordingly with the given SLA.
• Prioritize sessions from the Review Queue based on SLA (Service Level Agreement) and ensure pending sessions are processed within the SLA.
• Add necessary touch points, comments, and Incident Reports to sessions during reviews.
• Perform reviews based on clients, complexity of sessions, and client-specific instructions.
• Participate and coordinate with the Site Manager to address and resolve challenges during the review process.
• Participate with the Site Manager in discussions to identify needs and expectations.
• Submit incident reports from sessions to clients if academic integrity breaches/suspicious behaviors are caught.
• Acquire the latest updates related to the process from the Site Manager, Clients, and CSMs (Client Success Managers).

• Core Hours: 9 am – 6 pm (IST) and 9 pm – 6 am (IST)
• Core Days Worked: Rotational Week Offs

Qualifications

• A degree in any discipline is preferred.
• Candidates with 0–6 months of experience in voice, non-voice, or semi-voice processes are preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
