Job Overview

CIEL HR Services is seeking a Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This role is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience looking to build a career in recruitment. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates for various Non-IT roles, with a preference for roles in Manufacturing, FMCG, Beverages, Sales, and Service industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment activities.
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable profiles within given timelines.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
• Coordinate effectively with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates to ensure smooth interview and joining processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience: 0-1 year in recruitment.
• Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
