About the Role
- This is a founding hire for the first India product team at a high-growth, VC-backed SaaS company.
- You will own the full product lifecycle, from discovery to launch and tracking.
- Flexiple is the managed marketplace facilitating this hire.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery calls to understand product shortcomings.
- Write product specifications.
- Collaborate with a designer and 2-3 engineers to build features.
- Define "done" for a feature, including the metric it should move.
- Track feature performance post-launch.
- Perform competitor teardowns.
- Write release notes.
- Conduct onboarding-flow QA.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 0-3 years of experience (internships count).
- Exposure to a B2B or SaaS product is ideal.
- Sharp, structured written communication skills.
- Basic comfort with data (SQL, Mixpanel, or similar) or a fast willingness to learn.
- Genuine curiosity about user behavior.
- A reliable remote-work setup.
