Magsmen Strategy Consultants is a growth-focused strategy firm supporting businesses ready to scale. The Digital Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the marketing team in planning and executing digital campaigns across social media channels, email, and other online platforms.
• Create and schedule content.
• Monitor campaign performance.
• Assist with web analytics reporting.
• Conduct basic market and audience research.
• Help maintain brand consistency.
• Collaborate with consultants to align digital efforts with client strategies.
• Contribute ideas for improving online reach and engagement.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with an understanding of key channels and basic campaign execution.
• Skills in Social Media Marketing, including content creation, posting, and community engagement.
• Skills in Web Analytics, with the ability to interpret basic performance metrics and prepare simple reports.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional presentation.
• Interest in strategy consulting, branding, and business growth, with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic familiarity with design tools, social media management platforms, or marketing automation tools is an advantage.
